Downtown Richmond has a special charm with its rich history and unique architecture. Our team worked hard to give this 1913 home a stunning renovation that it truly deserved. We wanted to make the most of the available space, so we carefully exposed the staircase and brick exterior wall, closed off an unused basement access, and relocated & downsized the bathroom. Every inch was utilized to create a functional layout that will serve the needs of this family and future families for the next 100+ years.
